Valery Agnima SINDJALIM

Mr Agnima SINDJALIM is a tax lawyer. He holds a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées (D.E.S.S.) in Corporate Law (University of Ouagadougou; Burkina- Faso). He is a Chartered Expert before the Courts of Togo. He has 25 years’
professional experience, including 14 years with Grant Thornton, where he
was Senior Manager in charge of all legal and tax activities in Togo, Benin, the
Democratic Republic of Congo and Congo Brazzaville.

He was also Regional Tax Director of ContourGlobal (Africa Region) where he was Responsible for all tax activities of ContourGlobal subsidiaries in the African
Region (Togo, Rwanda, Nigeria, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Benin) from a tax perspective.

Since 2016, he has been a Managing Partner at VAS CONSULTING Togo
Collaborating firm of Andersen Global.

He has taken part in several advisory, legal and tax due diligence assignments
across Africa. He has also participated in corporate restructuring, merger and
liquidation assignments in Togo and the sub-region.
