After obtaining his baccalaureate G2 (Accounting and Auditing) in , Atakora Essokilawe Jules began his higher education studies and followed several courses leading to appropriate diplomas6. Graduated from the University of Lome (UL), option “Master of Science in Business Management” in 2004; he obtained almost at the same period (2005) a Certificate of Intensive English level III program of CESAG, Dakar – SENEGAL. Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control from the African Institute of Administration and Business Studies. Professional experience

Jules Atakora has held several positions of responsibility in his professional life in Togo and abroad.  From 1997 to 1999, he was an auditor at the Consult Services Cabinet, partner of Afric Search International in Togo. From 1999 to 2001, he was Chief Accountant at United Transport Africa – Togo (road transport company to the Hinterland countries), Member of WHITE EAGLE HOLDING Luxembourg. He was Auditor at CKA Audit & Conseil (now Grant Thornton Togo) from 2001 to 2009. Consultant at Contour Global Togo SA (SAP software installation works, HR assistance, assistance for fixed assets inventory, assistance for reporting, etc.) from 2009-2011. From April 2011 to March 2015, he was the Finance and Accounting Director of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA). On July 1, 2015, he resumed his position at Grant Thornton Togo S.A. as Head of the Audit Department (at the rank of Senior Manager) and Chief Financial Officer of Grant Thornton Togo S.A., until September 2018 when he became Partner- Technical Director of HOUNGS & PARTNERS CONSULTING TOGO SARL (member firm of ONECCA TOGO).  He is a consultant/ Director at VAS Consulting Togo.
