Mr. Essossolam Delphin PADARO is an Accountant, Tax Specialist, and HR professional. He holds a master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Control from the University of Lomé in TOGO. He is a certified expert in IFRS standards, Financial Analysis and Management, Budgeting, Dashboarding, and Financial Planning. With nearly 10 years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, human resources management, financial analysis, and expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, and risk management, he is skilled and meticulous, capable of providing accurate analyses and insightful recommendations to help companies achieve their long-term financial objectives.
His skills include understanding and analyzing corporate financial statements; recruitment, selection, talent management, employee relations, administrative management, HR strategy, and performance evaluation; assessing business value, managing investment portfolios, financial market knowledge; and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
He has also served as a trainer in management and office software, including VBA, in an NGO (APEL AFRIQUE); with the AFRIQUE AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING firm; and the company GESTION & INFORMATISATION TOGO.
His expertise in Excel VBA has enabled him to develop tools such as “Gesfacile”, an Excel application for commercial and accounting management; “GesFi”, for managing monthly and annual tax declarations; and “FastTax”, available on the Play Store, which allows users to calculate income tax (IRPP) and simulate salaries directly from their phones, among other applications.
Since 2018, he has been the manager of the Accounting, Taxation, and HR department at VAS CONSULTING Togo, a collaborating firm of Andersen Global. He has participated in several assignments in accounting, human resources, and tax due diligence across Africa.
He has also been involved in corporate restructuring, mergers, and liquidation missions in Togo and the subregion.
